Responsible for end-to-end research including discovery, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting to stakeholders.  I have conducted research to develop and enhance the cloud platforms for multiple healthcare agencies throughout the United States including Western Sky NM, Superior Health TX, WellCare NC, Medicare, Medicaid, Ambetter, and Oklahoma Complete Health to name a few.

I have also collaborated with product owners and stakeholders internationally to execute research efforts based on agile planning and pain points with user workflows. Results of my research efforts and recommendations have resulted in multiple enhancements including:

• Decreasing load times from 1.2 minutes to 0.2 seconds

• Developing a universal cloud platform that's functional for medical directors, nurses, Clinicians, and medical advocates

• HIPAA/PHI Compliance for personal information released to alternate contacts
