UserZoom Accessibility
Method: Unmoderated Surveys, moderated interviews
Background:
UserZoom is the primary platform for user testing at various companies, with various testing methods being utilized for moderated and unmoderated studies. Potential accessibility issues must be validated for keyboard-only users and participants using assistive devices.
While utilizing UserZoom for moderated and unmoderated studies, we must:
•Obtain the user experience when completing UserZoom surveys for keyboard-only users and participants using assistive devices
•Ensure the format of various questions and tasks are user friendly for keyboard-only users and people using assistive devices
•Determine potential problem areas across question types for keyboard-only users and users using assistive devices
