S.O.S Mobile App: Report Bullying Anonymously
Methods: Participant recruitment, user interviews, empathy maps, personas, affinity mapping, wireframing, high fidelity prototypes
Conducted one on one interviews and focus groups to obtain the perspective and experiences of students who would not report bullying due to fear of retaliation.
Created personas and empathy maps to capture the participant's perspective. Also used affinity mapping to ensure all pain points and motivations were addressed.
Analyzed the research and determined a mobile app was needed so students could report bullying anonymously, even if the student was being bullied themselves.
Created a low-fidelity wireframe to outline the key components of the mobile app,.
Created a high fidelity prototype, conducted unmoderated usability test to ensure functionality.
