Responsible for leading end-to-end research efforts including discovery, planning, recruitment, execution, analysis, and reporting to stakeholders. I conducted individual research efforts to implement accessibility features and improve functionality for KT, Pega, EDAS, Transform, and Fondue Design systems. Feedback from the collective research efforts helped to improve the Design Tokens, Assets Library, and Component Guidelines of each design system as well as highlight gaps in accessibility features while improving the designer to developer handoff phase.
